There are 6 views refers to my personality interpretation of reality, or basic view of life:

1. Relay on verbal commitment to build relations.

2. Don’t blame the individual in public even when it is his/her fault.

3. Group is held accountable for growth and improving performance.

4. Places higher value on the pursuit of group goals.

5. Rewards performance based on strong loyalty and compliance.

6. Fairness, consistency and transparency are important.
